The following list of licensed pesticide dealers and agricultural pesticide dealers have requested and received approval for invoice exemption to Minnesota Statute 18B.316 Subd. 6. Invoice exemption approvals expire at the end of each calendar year and are required by statute to be published to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture website. Note there are no Invoice Exemptions for 2021.
