The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA), Incident Response Unit provides the following listing of consultants solely as a service to Minnesota. By providing this list, MDA does not endorse any of the companies. In addition, MDA does not represent that these companies are providing services that comply with applicable laws. It is not comprehensive; other firms offering similar services may exist.

*Consultants marked with an asterisk attended Consultants Day 2011.This was an opportunity for the Incident Response Unit, the Agricultural Chemical Response and Reimbursement Account (ACRRA) program and MDA and Minnesota Department of Health Laboratories (MDH) to provide an update on new and ongoing issues.

Please note, companies that are utilized for work in Incident Response Programs should comply with all state and federal requirements.  In addition, the MDA recommends that consulting services be carefully evaluated before you select a firm for your project.
