Questions regarding the Private Well Pesticide Sampling (PWPS) Project Phase 3 RFP were accepted through Monday March 3, 2025 at 4:30 PM Central Time. The questions and answers are included below.

RFP materials must be received by mail by 4:30 PM, Central Time on 3/12/2025. It is anticipated that a selection will be made by 4/4/2025.
You do not need to register for SWIFT to submit RFP materials, but if you are selected for the contract you will need to register in SWIFT before the contract can be processed.

The units of the MRLs we are looking for are in ng/L (ppt) not ppb. Direct injection is fine, if that is the method you think would work best you can just give a quote for that.
Yes, once the contract is executed you will be able to contact the study director directly by phone or email to determine a course of action in instances like that.

Only information provided before the RFP submission deadline can be used in the evaluation process.
You are allowed and encouraged to submit RFP materials without currently performing analysis of the identified compound list. However, related to item g) on page 10 of the RFP, your ability or lack thereof to provide method validation and proficiency test data may affect how you are scored in the evaluation process. Related to item 2b on page 11, your background and experience with examples of similar work may also affect how you are scored.
You don’t need a Workforce Certificate or Equal Pay Certificate to submit a bid, but you will need them before that contract could be executed. You can email any further questions regarding those two documents to compliance.mdhr@state.mn.us.
