The Minnesota Nutrient Management Initiative (NMI) assists farmers and crop advisers in evaluating nutrient management practices on their own fields. Participants enrolled receive compensation for their time after completion of requirements outlined in the NMI guidance document.
The Minnesota Department of Agriculture administers this program; contact information is for planning purposes and to assist in payment contract development prior to completing any initial field work.
Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and will close once the program is full. Once the program is full, a wait list will be available.
