The following table is a list of all licensed and permitted dairy plants in Minnesota.
- Paper-based reports will be accepted by mail with fees due to be paid by check. Instructions for paper-based reporting were sent along with your sales report to the registrant or registrant’s agent the first week in January. If your gross sales packet has been misplaced, you can request a copy by emailing Pesticide.Registration.MDA@state.mn.us.
- Sales reports must be postmarked by March 1 of the year following the sales reporting year. Late fees may apply per statute MN 18B Subd. 3 (l).
