Once the plan review process is complete, an approval letter will be emailed to you.
When the construction or remodel is complete, and all noted considerations or deficiencies are addressed, you must coordinate with the MDA inspector listed on the approval letter to arrange a pre-operational inspection. Advance notice of at least 14 calendar days is required.
If all items listed in the letter are in compliance, the inspector will issue a license application during the inspection or approve the operation.
If you make revisions after your plans have been approved, please contact the reviewer who signed your letter.
